Terms of use
Who provides Vincam
The Vincam app for Android and this website are provided by Shalhevet Software Solutions, Jerusalem, Israel. By installing the app or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Your licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use Vincam on Android devices you own or control, for your own use. The licence is not a sale of the software.
Vincam Pro and payment
The free version is limited to 5 photos. Vincam Pro removes that limit. It is a one-time in-app purchase, currently $4.99, sold and processed by Google Play under Google's terms; we never see your payment details.
Prices can change. A change does not affect a purchase you have already made.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Support explains how to ask.
Your photos
Photos you capture with Vincam belong to you. We claim no rights in them, and we never receive them.
Our software, brand and content
The app, its code, the Vincam name and logo, and the content of this website belong to Shalhevet Software Solutions. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
What you may not do
You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, redistribute, sell or sublicense it, remove its notices, or use it to break the law or other people's rights.
No warranty
Vincam and this website are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app is free of errors or that it works on every device.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the app or this website is limited to the amount you paid for Vincam Pro, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost photos. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not let us limit.
Third-party services
Google Play distributes the app and processes purchases under Google's terms. Meta measures our advertising on this website under its own terms and privacy policy, as described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for those services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
Changes
When these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app or the site after that date means you accept the change.
